Relevant Parts
  • CHENG Pro-Form Mold-Making System
  • Sink Knock-Out
  • Marble Slab
  • 3/4″ Melamine
Step 1 – Cut Baseboard and Install Foam Walls
  • Oversize the baseboard to leave room for the foam walls.
  • Secure the walls to the baseboard, making sure they run straight.
  • Position the sink knock-out and secure with silicone or an adhesive tape.
  • Install plumbing penetrations if necessary.
Step 2 – Marble Slab
  • The marble slab will be cast into the concrete. You could also make a knock-out and drop it in after the piece is finished.
  • Tape the edges of the slab with the weather stripping.
  • Position the slab in the form. The slab is heavy enough so that it doesn’t need to be glued to the form; the weight will hold it in place.
