Shipping and Return Policy


You receive free shipping if your order includes at least $24.50 of eligible items. Any item with “FREE Shipping” messaging on the product detail page that is fulfilled and shipped by Concrete Exchange is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s free shipping eligibility.

  • You can ship to a U.S. delivery address in the 50 states or US Territories only.
  • You may find geographic shipping restrictions apply to particular products.

Some “FREE Shipping” items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories may not be eligible for free shipping.
Additional shipping charges may be required for some items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

WEEKEND DELIVERY: Weekend delivery is not available through online purchases, and is not included in the cost of express orders. If you would like Saturday delivery service on your order, please call us at 800.877.6052

WINTER FREEZE WARNING: Many of the products available at should not be allowed to freeze. When placing your order please consider your local weather conditions when determining where to direct the delivery. Do not ship your items to an address where no one will be available to receive the delivery. Overnight shipping is recommended for cold climates.

WINTER SHIPPING SCHEDULE: To minimize the risk of freeze damage during transit, items that must be kept from freezing will not ship via standard ground or 2-day air delivery on Thursday and Friday.

Where does ConcreteExchange ship products? We ship our products to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.

Does ConcreteExchange ship to destinations outside of the United States? We will ship to any designated freight forwarder located within the US. ConcreteExchange will not ship outside the US.

Which shipping carrier does ConcreteExchange use? For the 3-10 day delivery option, your order will be delivered by either USPS Priority Service, UPS Standard Ground Delivery, or FedEx Home Delivery. 2 day and overnight air service is provided by FedEx or UPS. LTL orders will be delivered by FedEx Freight, Estes Freight, Old Dominion, or Conway.

How does ConcreteExchange calculate my shipping costs? Ground, overnight, and 2-day delivery costs are calculated by UPS and USPS.

Some items available from will incur additional shipping cost in addition to those indicated upon checkout. If your order requires additional shipping costs a ConcreteExchange associate will contact you to secure authorization before proceeding with the order.

Will my order ship within 24 hours of completing the online order? Most orders will depart our distribution centers within 24 business hours of order completion. Orders which require additional shipping or freight approval will be delayed until final authorization is granted by the customer. Some items on require more than 24 hours to ship, which is indicated in the product description. ConcreteExchange distribution centers are open Monday-Friday and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

Will my order arrive in one package or pallet? It is possible that your order will arrive in multiple packages and from multiple distribution points arriving on different days. You will receive a fulfillment verification email including tracking information upon order fulfillment.

Can I pickup my order from ConcreteExchange in Concord, CA? Customer pick-up / will-call is available at 5027 Commercial St., Concord, CA, 94520. Not all items on ConcreteExchange are stocked in our Concord warehouse so we recommend you call us at 800.877.6052 to verify the items are in stock. Customer pick-up / will call is available Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.

How do I cancel an order? An order may be cancelled prior to shipment by calling Customer Service at 800.877.6052.

How do I return unwanted merchandise? Once an order has shipped, any returns are subject to the following Returned Merchandise Policy. All returns must be unused and in resalable condition and require a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) which must be issued within 30 days of receipt of the product. To obtain an RA Number and a return shipping address, please call Customer Service (510.830.1549). The RA Number will expire 30 days after issuance and should be affixed to the outside of any return shipment. During winter months, when the risk of freezing is high, precautions should be taken to insure that water-based products do not freeze while in transit.

Warranties: Some products sold by Concrete Exchange, LLC are manufactured by other companies and are sold subject to actual manufacturers’ warranties with respect to defective merchandise. All products should be inspected upon delivery; Concrete Exchange Customer Service (800.877.6052) must be notified within 10 days of receipt of product(s). Defective products will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers’ warranty. Manufacturers’ warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or handling, alterations or attempted repairs. An RA Number must be obtained before returning any defective product.
