What You’ll Need
  • Cordless Drill
  • Utility Knife
  • Screws
  • Z-Form Countertop Kit
  • Sink Knockout
  • Cement Board
  • Duct Tape

Step 1 – Cement Form and Board Walls

  • Lay down cement board on the cabinets.
  • Screw the form walls down to the cement board. The corners should be cut at a 45-degree angle.

Step 2 – Finish Placing Walls

  • Place the back edging along the wall, screwing it down to the cement board.
  • Tape over the corners with duct tape so concrete doesn’t leak out.

Step 3 – Sink Knockout

  • Secure the sink knockout to the cement board.
  • Lay a straight edge across to make sure it’s the right height.
