Bryan Lucay, Founder & CEO has over 28 years of experience in the building industry including 17 years at Shea Homes & Brookfield Homes in the Bay Area and 11 years as the President/CEO of GroundWork’s Inc.. Bryan began remodeling homes in 1986 and worked his way up through the ranks to become a bay area building industry leader. His experience as a home builder includes roles in Customer Service, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Project Manager, Offsite Manager, Purchasing, and Project budgeting. Bryan leads Plan B General Contracting with the expertise and experience that ensures precision and quality on every project.
