Step 1 – Fill the Form
  • Begin filling the form, being careful not to move the marble slab.
  • If you are pouring full thickness, just continue filling.
  • If you are pouring a layer of Terrazzo Blend and backing it up with a structural backer coat, pour the Terrazzo Mix in at 3/8″ thick.
Step 2 – Fill the Form
  • Press the mix into the form to help remove air bubbles.
  • When the form is full, the piece can be troweled flat.
Step 3 – Smooth the Back
  • Smooth the concrete with a trowel to help save time grinding later.
Step 4 – Cure for 12+ Hours
  • Wait at least 12 hours before de-molding the piece.
