Terms & Conditions

1. FEES—Quarterly dues in the amount of $300 will be automatically charged to your major credit card on the first day of each new quarter (April 1, July 1, October 1, and January 1). If you decide for any reason to cancel your membership, you can do so by contacting our Membership Manager at (510) 849-3272 ext. 217. Cancellations must be received at least five days prior to the beginning of the next quarter. If you join the Exchange at any time during a quarter, your dues for that quarter will be pro-rated.
2. "FIND A CONTRACTOR"—Members are eligible for listing on the Concrete Exchange Find a Contractor page. However, Members cannot represent that they are affiliated with Cheng Design other than as Concrete Exchange Members or as users of Concrete Exchange products. Visitors to Find a Contractor are advised that Concrete Exchange is in no way responsible for any representations or actions by its Members and are encouraged to check out contractor licensing status, references, and quality of work before hiring.
3. REPRESENTATIONS TO THIRD PARTIES—Concrete Exchange Membership does not entitle Members to represent that they are in any way doing business with or are in a business-like relationship with Fu-Tung Cheng or Cheng Design, nor can Members imply that they have a financial relationship with Fu-Tung Cheng or Cheng Design.
4. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES—Links are provided to Concrete Exchange supplier websites and to other websites providing relevant information to visitors and Members. However, these links are provided solely as a convenience, and Concrete Exchange is not responsible in any way for the content of or information provided by these websites.
5. TERMINATION—Membership may be terminated for failure to pay quarterly dues or at the sole discretion of Concrete Exchange for what it considers reasonable cause.
