Downing Designs produces counters and sinks which are infused with exotic sea shells and highly detailed castings made from tropical leaves. We pride ourselves on innovative concrete design, but moreover, we are the partner our clients depend upon to complete their projects on time...some in as little as 7 days from an initial meeting. We offer a superior concrete sealer that prevents staining from vinegar...even when exposed for 2 hours. Clients (and their families) can take charge of the design process by placing objects such as shells, glass, turquoise, etc. into their moulds. All concrete is custom color matched...just bring us your swatch. Green Builders take note...Recycled glass is beautiful! Our Mother of Pearl and glass Terrazzo is a shimmering, dynamic look, and can have 75% recycled glass content. Our studio is easy to reach in South Tampa at the northeast corner of Rome and Cypress.
